WebDynamesh is really for rough adaptable sculpting. You can build form easily and with very little topological limitations. I generally start all organic sculpts with Dynamesh. At a certain point, as you add more and more detail to dynamesh you'll probably find that the messy topology it generates can get in your way and cause issues.
